While the historical decor was charming, some areas felt slightly dated, lacking modern updates. Additionally, the internet speed varied, which could be frustrating for business travelers needing reliable connectivity.

The location was fantastic! Just a quick walk from the subway, making it super easy to explore. Staff were genuinely ready to help with everything, from dinner recommendations by Cynthia to assistance with check-in. 🤗

The indoor heated swimming pool was a nice surprise, and

the staff genuinely went above and beyond, ensuring I had everything I needed during my 13-night stay. The spacious rooms and attentive cleaning services made my experience enjoyable. However, at times, the check-in process felt a bit slow.

A proper fit for a weekend rest in Shenzhen at a reasonable price. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful. Make sure to ask about any promotions during your stay for added perks.

We had a pleasant stay in a Junior King Suite with our newborn. The staff really made a difference, especially with Kinglsey offering us a family room upgrade. Enjoyed exploring nearby shops and trying out yummy Cantonese food at Fortune Court.

My wife says that the breakfast choices were a bit limited.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was super comfortable, especially with the pillow selection, and the food at the restaurant really impressed me, especially the buffet breakfast! Just a tad disappointed that the gym photos didn't reflect the size I expected, but I would definitely come back again!

However, the carpet had a persistent mold smell that marred the experience, leading to an uncomfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful mix of hot dishes, enhancing the morning routine. While the staff were accommodating, I ultimately had to move to a different hotel due to the odor issue.

Can't recommend highly enough for a city holiday
